Hospitality Quality

In our area hospitality is innate and inscribed in the DNA of the people, who are unaffected and youthful. Coming to us will be an unforgettable experience because you won't be a client but a guest.

Our Association, young and inspired to improve what we offer to tourists, is convinced that this spontaneous hospitality is the single point of departure to achieve standards of excellence and differentiates our area from other tourist districts. Therefore we have committed to the decalogues which will be a point of reference for all our members who wish to improve: one deals with Hospitality, the other with Environmental Sustainability. The few and simple rules which they contain will in time become obligatory, but for now we intend to publish them in order that our guests know them, and they can help you to improve by following them. The two decalogues can be downloaded in pdf format.

Of particular importance is the Decalogue of Sustainability, because it involves a commitment to sustainable environment for the enjoyment of tourists in our area and a stimulus for all public and private operators in every sector who share with us an extraordinary and fragile environment.

We have also made the questionnaire 'Client evaluation of the Service' downloadable. You can take it with you on holiday, complete it and give it to the manager of the accommodation where you have stayed. It is a way of improving your next holiday and we thank you for your assistance.
