In 1945 Bruno Bellandi, together with his son Elso, began his business in the field of sausages. The business is growing: from a small garage at the train station where it all began, to the construction of a warehouse of 400 square meters in 1973. In the new building comes into operation a workshop processing of pork. To continue the tradition of the family, the same year he joined as a co-worker's son Rolando. Since that time, the continuous expansion of the customers the company responds with a constant research aimed to offer more specialized products. Thus was born the line "Antica Norcineria."
The techniques and advanced machinery they did not forget the traditions of the Garfagnana: ancient wisdom and modern processes have the common goal of ensuring the genuineness of these meats, products with only the best parts of fresh pork.
