Guided tour of the dairy with the explanation of all processing stages and final tasting of cheese, ricotta combined with jam and honey.


When: Wednesday morning on reservation.

Tour time: 1,30 hours

Meeting point: Cheese factory at 9 am.

N. of partcipant: Min. 4 max 20 people per group.

Price: € 10,00 per person.
